Why Not!!?!
We're brand new, so we don't have any questions yet that are "frequently" asked. But we'll outline a few that may be stirring in the back of your mind.
Why do this? - Because we love to talk about men, we like saying good things, and we like hearing others talk about their men. Well, also – we couldn’t find a single site out there dedicated to praising our men... plenty of options to choose from if you want to go bitch about your guy, but why would we do that when our men are "more?!" Leave the bitching to gals whose guys are not as awesome as ours are!!! So we figured - why not? And we put this site together for just this purpose.
Who can see my post? - Absolutely everybody. And you can even increase your views by adding your page to your MySpace, Facebook, and other personal profiles.
What if I want my post removed? - Ok, so things with this fellow may not have turned out as well as we hoped. That's okay; just send us an using the email address that you used to set up your bragging post. We'll remove the post, pictures, etc ASAP. (We won't keep this online to torment you!)
Can I upload a different picture? - No - so make the picture you use count! You can, however, brag all over again with an entirely new post. But it you do this, you must promise to email all your girlfriends that new bragging page URL. Deal? If you want the old one removed, please see the question above "What if I want my post removed?" What if my question isn't answered on this page? - us. Don't be shy!
About the song
My name is Maria Kizirian; I am the founder of this site. I am a music producer, singer, and songwriter, and had written and produced the song, "More Than a Man" as a tribute to my husband, Paul. As I was working on finishing the song itself, the economy took its notorious nose dive in the fall of 2008. I was pregnant and had been very weak from pregnancy-related issues for several months. I was unable to do many of the things that I used to do for work and felt demoralized from that, but increasingly in general with the downturn of the economy as well.
As things around me continued to get worse, and I started seeing that people were losing not just their homes at an ever-increasing speed, but their jobs and livelihoods as well; even people with businesses generating millions in revenue prior were going bankrupt – I felt that something should be done. I can’t help people pay their "popped" mortgages etc, but what I can do is encourage people and remind people that WHO you are is what counts. And there are so many good people out there who are struggling, despite how wonderful they are. They feel discouraged due to things that are out of their control. And that lead to the idea that "more than a man" is much more than a song to tribute one man – there are many men out there who are "more." And so it became a CAUSE.
The idea of a public forum to honor our men started taking shape. I believe that our decent men in particular are often disregarded in favor of hearing about "women's issues" and the highlighting of men who discriminate against women, treat them poorly and so on. So there are few places dedicated to uplift men specifically by women.
Many women are proud of their men, regardless of the way the economy is affecting their family. I believe therefore, that this song has inadvertently captured something much more potent than I had thought of at first. But the song still lives, now in the form of a theme song for us women who find that our men are not just ordinary blokes, but real men of substance, and we love them dearly for WHO they are, not what they do. Because we have seen that what we do and have can be taken away from us, but our character stays, and good character is what we wish to honor and remind ourselves and people around us and is what makes our men "more."

Lyrics: More Than A Man
by Maria Kizirian
I love how you love me I love that you don’t look for my faults I love that you think I’m beautiful Right when I wake up I love that you get me I don’t always have to spell things out Your love has saved me from myself From loneliness and useless doubt I don’t want for anything else You make me happy You’re more than a man to me There’s nothing I would change in you You brought me to life I couldn’t help but fall for you That’s why you’re the man Don’t want you any other way You’re more than a man to me You make happy I love how you need me I love that we hold each night And I love how I still get butterflies From a touch or a look in your eyes You have brought me happiness That nothing can replace You don’t have to try to impress You make me happy You’re more than a man to me There’s nothing I would change in you You brought me to life I couldn’t help but fall for you That’s why you’re the man Don’t want you any other way You’re more than a man to me You make happy You work hard for me You sacrifice for me You apologize to me Even when I’m wrong I’m in love….. You’re more than a man to me There’s nothing I would change in you You brought me to life…. You’re more than a man to me There’s nothing I would change in you You brought me to life I couldn’t help but fall for you That’s why you’re the man Don’t want you any other way You’re more than a man to me You make happy
